An Ordinance to close a portion of McElroy Avenue from the east side of Varner Street and McElroy Avenue intersection to approximately 200 feet east, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners, Urban Engineering, Applicant.(Requested by Engineering Department)
