MOU for KEMA and METERS to co-locate communications equipment at city tower site

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a memorandum of understanding among the City of Knoxville, Knoxville-Knox County Emergency Management Agency (KEMA) and Middle East Tennessee Emergency Radio Services, Inc. (METERS) to allow KEMA and METERS to co-locate communications equipment at a tower site owned by the city, located at 727 Sharps Ridge Memorial Park Road, to support and deliver Public Safety Communications in the City.(Requested by Administration)
