Amend Capital and Operating Budgets for FY 23/24, transfer funds
An Ordinance to amend the Capital Budget and the Operating Budget, both as approved by Ordinance O-69-2023 for Fiscal Year 23/24, and to transfer surplus, excess, or unencumbered funds between various units and funds as reflected in the various funds and budgets of the City of Knoxville.(Requested by Finance Department)
On April 2, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend Capital and Operating Budgets for FY 23/24, transfer funds” by a vote of 8–0.
