Execute agreement with Rimini Street, Inc. for Oracle Software Products support

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a piggyback agreement with Rimini Street, Inc. to provide software support services for on-premises Oracle Software Products in an annual amount not to exceed $230,912.00 for the next two years and $134,312.00 for the third year as the City transitions its existing on-premise Oracle Products to cloud based software packages.(Requested by Information Technology)
