Apply for and accept Communities Sparking Investment grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and, if awarded, accept a Communities Sparking Investment in Transformative Energy grant from the the United States Department of Energy, Office of State and Community Energy Programs, in an amount of up to $3,600,000.00 with a local match of 5%, to be covered by a community partnership with East Tennessee Clean Fuels to provide funding for programs that would deliver direct local community benefits regarding energy efficiency and clean energy projects for disadvantaged communities.(Requested by Office of Sustainability)
