Amend Agreement with TBI for ICAC Task Force training

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to an Agreement with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (Document No. C-23-0254) to increase the funding amount by $20,000.00, for a new total contract amount not to exceed $150,000.00 for FY 23/24, to be used for costs associated with the two annual training conferences and to provide additional professional training for ICAC Task Force affiliates; and to further amend the Agreement so as to exercise the first option to extend the terms for one additional year, under the same conditions, including the original funding amount of $130,000.00 for this first extension period.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
