Modify self-service beer permit requirements

An Ordinance amending Chapter 4, Article II, Section 4-69(C) of the Knoxville City Code so as to modify the self-service beer permit requirements for businesses subject to hotel occupancy taxes.(Requested by Beer Board Chair Rider)

On June 11, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Modify self-service beer permit requirements” by a vote of 8–0.
