Amend contract with JMT for Urban Wilderness Gateway Project construction admin

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with Johnson, Mirmiran, and Thompson, Inc. to provide construction administration services for the Urban Wilderness Gateway Project, increasing the contract amount by $83,581.75 for a new contract total of $315,701.75 and extending the date of completion to June 30, 2025.(Requested by Parks and Recreation Department)
