Apply for DOJ grant for KPD de-escalation and crisis response training

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for and accept a grant award for $350,000.00 with no required local match, from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services, to be used to enhance de-escalation and crisis response training for Knoxville Police Department Officers.(Requested by Knoxville Police Department)
