Appeal of BZA decision: variance for changeable price sign at 5014 Washington Pike

A Resolution approving an appeal by Joyce Feld, on behalf of Scenic Knoxville, of a decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals to grant a variance to reduce the minimum required street frontage for a changeable price sign from 250 feet to 174.89 feet per Article 13.6.G.1. for property located at 5014 Washington Pike, thereby reversing the decision of the Board and denying the original variance request.
