Application for HUD Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program grant funds

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to apply for approval from the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development to use Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program grant funds in the amount of $1,823,342.00, or in such other amounts as may be beneficial to the City, with a required local match in the amount of $3,916.00 to be paid by the Knoxville-Knox County Office of Housing Stability, and, if approved, to accept the said funds and distribute the same to local subrecipients.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
