Application for HUD Lead-based Paint Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents to apply for a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Lead-based Paint Hazard Reduction and Healthy Homes grant in an amount up to $4,600,000.00, with a required local match in an amount up to $400,000.00, and if such application is approved, authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to accept such a grant award.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
