An Ordinance approving the request of Asylum Ave. LLC for an amendment to the Central City Sector Plan from Mixed Use Special District, Gateway Corridor to Mixed Use Regional Center for property located at 940 Blackstock Avenue, leaving all special purpose land use classifications unchanged.
