Central Street and 112 Atlantic Avenue from RN-2 (Single-Family Residential Neighborhood) District to I-MU (Industrial Mixed-Use) District and to add the H (Historic Overlay) district zoning classification to property located at 3030 N. Central Street, leaving all special purpose and overlay districts unchanged, Jared Eisenhower, Applicant.
