A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept a proposal from Midwest Casualty Company to provide excess workers' compensation insurance coverage for City of Knoxville employees and K-Trans Management, Inc. employees for a one-year period at a premium not to exceed a corresponding percentage of annual payroll, currently estimated to be $200,782.00.(Requested by Employee Benefits and Risk Management Department)
