A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Pines III, L.P., to award an amount not to exceed $510,000.00 from the Rental Rehabilitation Program Fund for the rehabilitation of 17 affordable housing units for very low income households located at 5999 Tannahill Drive.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
