Approve R. Bentley Marlow's appeal of zoning non-conforming use abandonment denial
A Resolution approving the appeal by R. Bentley Marlow of the Board of Zoning Appeals' denial of a request to overturn the Zoning Administrator’s determination that the historical non-conforming use of the structure located at 2448 Jefferson Avenue was abandoned after the utilities were disconnected for a period exceeding 24 months and thereby reversing the Zoning Administrator's determination.
