Appeal by Jeremy Greenhouse regarding LES compliance at 1307 Galway Street

A Resolution approving the appeal by Jeremy Greenhouse, on behalf of Liquid Environmental Solutions ("LES"), of the Board of Zoning Appeals' decision to uphold the Zoning Administrator’s determination that LES is not in compliance with Article IV Section 2.3.2.B.3.k of the 2017 City of Knoxville Zoning Ordinance, for property located at 1307 Galway Street, thereby reversing the Zoning Administrator's determination.
