Ordinance to close Austin Homes Boulevard

An Ordinance to close Austin Homes Boulevard from the Austin Homes Boulevard roundabout at S. Bell Street westerly to terminus at First Creek, adjacent to City Block 07327, and authorizing the Mayor to execute quitclaim deeds to the adjacent property owners.(Requested by Engineering Department)

On October 15, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to close Austin Homes Boulevard” by a vote of 8–0.
