Authorize change order for Knoxville Convention Center chiller repairs

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a change order to an agreement with Lee Company for replacement and repairs to the chiller unit at the Knoxville Convention Center, to increase the contract amount by $70,000.00, for a new contract amount not to exceed $206,228.00, in order to purchase refrigerant needed to recharge the repaired chiller.(Requested by Administration)
