Approve appeal of Zoning Administrator's determination for LES at 1307 Galway St
A Resolution approving the appeal by Jeremy Greenhouse, on behalf of Liquid Environmental Solutions ("LES"), of the Board of Zoning Appeals' decision to uphold the Zoning Administrator’s determination that LES is not in compliance with Article IV Section 2.3.2.B.3.k of the 2017 City of Knoxville Zoning Ordinance, for property located at 1307 Galway Street, thereby reversing the Zoning Administrator's determination. On November 12, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve appeal of Zoning Administrator's determination for LES at 1307 Galway St” by a vote of 8–0.
