Authorize Mayor to execute agreement with Moore Construction for CIPP IV Phase 2
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Moore Construction Company, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $717,305.00 for the CIPP IV Phase 2 Stormwater Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project funded by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation non-competitive American Rescue Plan Act grant.(Requested by Engineering Department)
