A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Bio Solutions Tennessee in an amount not to exceed $500,000.00 to provide creek riparian cleanup and maintenance services for the Knoxville Urban Creek Cleanup Project funded by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation non-competitive American Rescue Plan Act grant.(Requested by Engineering Department)
