A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to amend the contract with Henley Roofing Company for the Dr. E.V. Davidson Community Center Re-roof & HVAC Upgrades Project, increasing the contract amount by $16,756.00 for a new contract total of $750,056.00 and extending the date of completion.(Requested by Engineering Department)
