Authorize Mayor to acquire property for Boyd's Bridge Pike Sidewalk Project

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents on behalf of the City of Knoxville necessary to acquire property for the Boyd's Bridge Pike Sidewalk Improvements Project by negotiated purchase, or by condemnation if necessary, within 13 tracts of real property for a total amount not to exceed $125,000.00.(Requested by Engineering Department)
