Amend Samsara, Inc. agreement for vehicle location technology

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to effectuate an Amendment to Agreement No. C-22-0552 with Samsara, Inc., to increase the contract price by an amount not to exceed $22,054.40 to provide additional automotive vehicle location technology to include fire apparatus and 40 additional miscellaneous fleet assets, for a new total annual contract price not to exceed $143,469.72.(Requested by Fleet Services)
