Amend SPATCO Energy Solutions agreement for fuel tank removal

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an amendment to Agreement No. C-23- 0309 with SPATCO Energy Solutions. LLC, to increase the contract price by $76,076.18, for a new total contract not to exceed $439,639.24, to cover additional required work on the removal and disposal of the fuel tanks located at 3409 Vice Mayor Jack Sharp Road.(Requested by Fleet Services)
