Authorize Mayor to agreement with KCDC for ARPA funds for affordable housing
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an Agreement with Knoxville’s Community Development Corporation regarding the disbursement of American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds, in an amount not to exceed $2,273,351.77, to support the acquisition and development of affordable housing within the City of Knoxville.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
