Award Affordable Rental Development Funds to The Village at Inskip GP, LLC
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to award an amount not to exceed $1,440,000.00 from the Affordable Rental Development Fund to The Village at Inskip GP, LLC, for the development of 48 affordable rental housing units to be located at 520 Inskip Village Way (Parcel ID No. 069 PE 01801) as more specifically described herein.(Requested by Housing and Neighborhood Development Department)
