Amend hotel occupancy tax amount and uses

An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code Chapter 16, Article XIII, to amend the amount of the hotel occupancy tax imposed by the City and to amend the permitted uses of the proceeds of such tax.(Requested by Finance Department)

On November 12, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend hotel occupancy tax amount and uses” by a vote of 8–0.
