Update building and construction records retention schedule

An Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Article VII, Division 4, Section 2-767 of the Knoxville City Code to update the retention schedule for building and construction records.(Requested by Vice-Mayor Smith)

On November 12, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Update building and construction records retention schedule” by a vote of 8–0.
