An Ordinance approving the request of Cherokee Country Club for an amendment to the West City Sector Plan from Medium Density Residential/Office, Low Density Residential, and Mixed Use Special District- Bearden Village to Other Open Space for a portion of property located at 5331 Lyons View Pike, leaving any special purpose land use classifications unchanged.
