Amend City Code regarding disposal of real property

An Ordinance to amend the Knoxville City Code, Chapter 2, Article VII, Division 2, Section 2-722, "Disposal of Real Property," to clarify and simplify the process of selling surplus real estate and to make it clear that all sales are to be advertised and bid out, regardless of the estimated value of the property.

On March 14, 2017, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code regarding disposal of real property” by a vote of 7–0.
