Authorize filing for Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Grant

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to file a grant application with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control Grant in an amount up to $2,900,000.00 with a required 10% local match, and, if such application is approved, authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept such a grant award.
