A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept a proposal from Princeton Excess and Surplus Lines Insurance Company to provide excess liability and vehicle and equipment damage insurance coverage as part of the City's and K-Trans Management, Inc.'s self-insured liability program for an annual premium of $320,784.00.
