An Emergency Ordinance to amend Section 4-76 of the Knoxville City Code to create an additional category of special permits for temporary serving areas at businesses holding city beer permits outside the Cumberland Avenue Corridor District.(Requested by Mayor Rogero and Councilmember Wallace)

On April 5, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to amend code for temporary serving area permits outside Cumberland Ave Corridor District” by a vote of 7–0.
