Authorize grant application for Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to file a grant application with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Lead-Based Paint Hazard Reduction Grant in an amount up to $3,600,000.00, with a required local match in the amount of $300,000.00, and, if such application is approved, authorizing the Mayor to execute all documents necessary to accept such a grant award. (Requested by Community Development Department)
