Approve amended Certificate of Compliance for Knoxville Room Service

A Resolution approving the issuance of an amended Certificate of Compliance to Knoxville Room Service relative to its application to the Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission for a license to operate a liquor store in the City, due to a recent change in state law.(Requested by Finance Department)

On July 31, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Approve amended Certificate of Compliance for Knoxville Room Service” by a vote of 7–0.
