Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article III, Division 2, Section 4-131

An Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article III, Division 2, Section 4-131 of the Knoxville City Code so as to amend certain distance requirements to coincide with newly enacted state law.(Requested by Vice Mayor Saunders)

On July 31, 2018, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Ordinance to amend Chapter 4, Article III, Division 2, Section 4-131” by a vote of 8–0.
