Appropriate $20,000 to SEEED Knox for programs

An Ordinance appropriating the sum of $20,000.00 from the Office of Community Relations "Save Our Sons" budget and donating same to Socially Equal Energy Efficient Development (SEEED) Knox to allow it to continue its programs providing career readiness training for young adults and equipping communities with environmental literacy skills.(Requested by Office of Community Relations)
