Amend Resolution R-364-2010 regarding PILOT for 36 Market Sq/320 Wall Ave

A Resolution to amend Resolution No. R-364-2010 which authorized the Industrial Development Board of the City of Knoxville to negotiate and accept from the Gallery Group, LLC payments in lieu of ad valorem taxes with respect to property located at 36 Market Square/320 Wall Avenue, so as to expand the use of the leased premises to allow for any commercial use on the upper floors of the building. (Requested by Office of Redevelopment)
