Amend Messer Construction contract for Public Safety Complex brick repair

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Second Amendment to Contract Number C-21-0296 with Messer Construction Company modifying the scope of work to include the repair of the brick veneer on the Professional Office Building located in the new Public Safety Complex at 900 East Oak Hill Avenue, extending the completion date for the project and increasing the contract price by $4,900,000.00 for a total contract price not to exceed $52,413,000.00.(Requested by Administration)
