Apply for $1.125M TDOT grant for bus stop rehab/renovation

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to file a grant application with the Tennessee Department of Transportation in the amount of $1,125,000.00 to provide funding to the City of Knoxville on behalf of Knoxville Area Transit for Multimodal Access Grant (MMAG) funds for fiscal year 2024, with a City match of up to $125,000.00 to rehabilitate and renovate bus stops along state routes, and if such application is approved, to authorize the Mayor to execute any and all documents to accept such a grant award.(Requested by Knoxville Area Transit)
