An Ordinance to change the base zoning classification of property located at 0 McCalla Avenue, 0, 288, 308 and 330 Pelham Road, and portions of property located at 0, 305, 309, 317 and 325 Pelham Road from C-G-2 (General Commercial) District to C-H-2 (Highway Commercial) District; and to change the base zoning for property located at 0 Nash Road, and portions of property located at 0 Pelham Road (3 parcels) from I-G (General Industrial) District to C-H-2 (Highway Commercial) District, leaving all special purpose and overlay districts unchanged, Benjamin C.
