Approve appeal to overturn special use for new driveway and right turn lane expansion

A Resolution of the Council of the City of Knoxville approving an appeal by Robert Unger, Mary D. Miller, and Calvin Howard, which would overturn a decision made by the Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission to grant the special use application filed by Kaity Wozek on behalf of Batson, Himes, Norvell & Poe for a new driveway on Topside Road and expansion of existing right turn lane on W Governor John Sevier Highway, for property located at 3330 W Governor John Sevier Hwy. (Planning Commission File No. 12-B-23-SU) (Planning Commission approved 13-0) (Council District 1).(Requested by Knoxville-Knox County Planning Commission)
