A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Knoxville's Community Development Corporation (KCDC), as the City's redevelopment authority, transferring $5,970,986.87 to KCDC for the construction of the Old City Streetscapes, Willow Avenue Streetscapes, and Stadium Public Space projects.(Requested by Administration)
