Amend nonresidential waste collection fee collection processes

An Ordinance to amend Chapter 13, Article III, Division 1 of the Knoxville City Code to reflect changes to the processes of fee collection for nonresidential waste collection services for the downtown Knoxville Alliance area, formerly known as the Central Business Improvement District (CBID).(Requested by Public Service Department)

On November 26, 2024, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend nonresidential waste collection fee collection processes” by a vote of 8–0.
