Authorize agreement for Festival on the Fourth stage, lighting, and production.
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with True Grip and Lighting, Inc. to provide the stage, lighting and production equipment for the City’s Festival on the Fourth, in an amount not to exceed $68,500.00 for the first year of the Agreement, with the option to extend the Agreement to include Festival on the Fourth events in 2027 and 2028, under the same terms and conditions, except that the amount of the Agreement may increase annually based on the CPI Index with a cap of 3.5%. (Council District 6) (Requested by Office of Special Events)
