Accept AARP Community Challenge grant for Vision Zero goal.

A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute any and all documents necessary to accept a Community Challenge grant from AARP in an amount of $15,000.00, with no local match required, to assist the City in its Vision Zero goal to eliminate traffic deaths and serious injuries on City streets. (Council District 4) (Requested by Engineering Department)
