Amend City Code Chapter 7.5 regarding Rules of Procedure.

An Ordinance amending Chapter 7.5 of the Knoxville City Code, Article II (Rules of Procedure), Sections 7.5-63 and 7.5-76. (Requested by Councilmember Adams, Councilmember Grant, Councilmember Helsley)

On June 9, 2026, the City of Knoxville, TN City Council adopted “Amend City Code Chapter 7.5 regarding Rules of Procedure.” by a vote of 8–0.

Unanimous Adopted 8-0-0-1

Approve the ordinance.
